1. Processing Times

All orders for Wings Verified parts and accessories are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Large Engines/Outboards: Due to specialized crating and technical inspection requirements, complete engine units may require 5–7 business days for preparation before dispatch.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Logistics

  • Standard Components: Smaller parts and accessories are shipped via premium couriers (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) with full tracking provided.

  • Freight Shipping (Engines): Complete outboards are shipped via specialized freight carriers. These units are professionally crated to ensure safety during transit.

  • Continental Shipping: We offer competitive flat-rate or free shipping options on select items within the continental United States.

3. International Shipping

Marine Engine Hub operates as a global technical hub. We provide worldwide crating and international shipping for both parts and complete engines.

  • Customs & Duties: The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by the destination country.

  • Documentation: We provide all necessary commercial invoices and technical documentation to facilitate smooth transit.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Freight/Engines: 7–14 business days.

  • International: 10–21 business days depending on customs processing.

5. Shipping Insurance & Damage

All high-value shipments, including engines and specialized rigging kits, are fully insured.

  • Inspection Upon Arrival: You must inspect the crate or package for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Reporting Damage: If an item arrives damaged, please document the condition with photos and contact us at info@marineenginehub.com within 48 hours.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has cleared our technical inspection and has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking info will be active within 24 hours.
